Very nice and large house with private pool, on the shore of the beautiful Etang de Thau and only 5 km from the beaches of the Mediterranean. Balaruc is the only spa town on the Mediterranean coast, 29 km from Montpellier, 7 km from Sète and 48 km from Béziers. For children there is a swing, a playhouse for toddlers, table soccer, darts, table tennis. The pool can be heated on request and for a fee. The surrounding area offers some activities: catamaran, paddle, kayak, windsurfing. Places to visit in the area: Bouzigues, Mèze, Marseillan, Agde, Frontignan, Gardiole Massif, St. Guilhem-le-Désert.
